EpicTV is a new Video-On-Demand service focusing on adventure sports and lifestyle. The service will launch this spring and we are now looking for a skillful production manager to work on our video podcasts from our studio in Chamonix.

Don Dodge does a good job on explaining Groupon in one short article. Bottom line is that businesses should consider 75% discount (that they have to give) as customer acquisition cost that is worth it, if users come back for more.

Watch case that turns iPod Nano into cool looking and well functioning watch. In a order to get these made, design team turns to us (the consumers) for pre payments. Result: Over $200K so far. Amazing!

Apple's Ping won't Kill It before they have...
Lets face it: About $1 per song is too expensive and in-fact paying per song is a model that won’t work for social network about music - Ping.
Reason: So much of music listening via “social networks” is discovering what your friends listening and taking their recommendations. Generally, I don’t want to pay a buck to hear those songs, but I am happy to do it for $10 monthly...

Aim Low - Less is More
I been aiming too high with my blogging and result has been non-consistant blogging. Now new goal is to aim low, make it so simple and easy that I should not have any excuses for not to blog.
